Is pricing per branch or per organisation?
Per branch, per year. Add branches at the additional-branch setup fee and the same per-branch annual rate.
What is the setup fee for?
A one-time fee charged on your first paid-plan invoice to onboard your organisation. Adding a branch later carries a smaller, separate additional-branch setup fee.
What do the add-ons cost?
M-Pesa Daraja receipt verification, AI forecasting and anomaly detection, and priority support with an SLA are each billed as a separate annual add-on on plans where they are not already included.
Is on-premise deployment available?
Yes — Rafiki can be installed on your own server or computers for organisations that need a local, on-premise setup. Contact us to discuss your branches, tills, and network.
Do already-issued invoices change if prices update?
No — published rate changes only apply to new invoices going forward.
